- What is TurtleDiary, exactly?

TurtleDiary is a technology-based online educational program that offers a depth and breadth of educational content for early learners, with more than 1,000 individual learning activities and over 200 lesson plans.

Every child learns in different ways, so the program includes multiple types of activities:
• Interactive read-aloud Children's Books
• Educational Games covering all subjects
• Fun Puzzles & Jigsaw
• Art and Craft Activities
• Printables & Worksheets

This way the child/student will find many activities in every subject that are as fun and engaging as they are educational, no matter how he or she likes to learn.

- What are the system requirements to use TurtleDiary.com?

TurtleDiary.com can be used on any computer that has access to the Internet and has the most current version of Adobe Flash. To get the best experience, you should have a broadband connection to the Internet, such as DSL, cable, or satellite.

- Does a membership include all of my children or do I need to purchase multiple memberships?

There is no need to purchase more than one membership. You can purchase access for multiple children within your membership. Each child will have his/her own account that he/she can use to sign in. The program will track their progress individually.

- I don't live in the U.S. Can I purchase a membership?

The program is not limited to users in the U.S. We have users in more than 160 countries. You can sign up directly on our website and make payment with your credit card. Our prices are in U.S. dollars, so your credit card company will convert the funds on your statement to your local currency, based on the exchange rate at that time.

- Can I pay in a different currency?

- How do I cancel my membership?

You can easily cancel your membership at any time. Simply sign in to your parent account and go to the Account tab, then click the Account management link. From here, click Cancel membership. Be sure to click Submit to complete the cancellation. Your membership will remain active until your current billing period ends

- If I cancel my membership, will I receive a pro-rated credit?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for any partially used membership periods. You may cancel your membership at any time. Once you have canceled your membership, your credit card will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the program until the current billing period ends.
