Are there any specific system requirements to use TurtleDiary?

All you need is an internet connection and an updated version of Adobe Flash. If you are using an iPad or any Tablet, then you can download our app as well.

What kind of advertisements does TurtleDiary use?

When you access TurtleDiary, you can be assured about the content of the advertisements that show up. We, at TurtleDiary, everyday toy around with a number of contents and ideas that cater exclusively to our child audience, and so, the advertisements on our site are limited to only those allowed to appear. If at all, at any point of time, you feel that any advertisement is not appropriate for children, then feel free to send us an email at the email address mentioned below. Rest assured, your child is in safe hands! Moreover, these ads are not intrusive and by any means, do not hinder the game playing or any other activity on site.

How to remove advertisements?

If you want to remove the advertisements, please become our Premium member. The details for premium membership charges are as follows:

• If you are a parent,

 
  Yearly - 69.99 for up to 5 children.

• If you are a teacher,

  Yearly     - 199.99 for up to 30 students.

Can I become a premium member if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes! Our program is popular in countries throughout the world. You can sign up directly on our website using a credit card. Our prices are in U.S. dollars, so your credit card company will convert the charge to your local currency based on the current exchange rate.

What payment options do you accept?

The easiest way to purchase a membership is via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and International credit cards. We also accept purchase orders. Please email support@turtlediary.com for more information.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page.

Voila! Easy, no? Also, If you're not completely satisfied with our program, contact us within 7 days to request a refund.

If I cancel my membership, will I receive a pro-rated credit?

We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for any partially used membership periods. You may cancel your membership at any time. Once you have canceled your membership, your credit card will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to your account until the current billing period ends.

Does my premium membership receive access to all grade levels?

Yes! All our premium memberships provide unlimited access to all the games and activities for every grade level available on the site.

How many kids does my premium membership include?

Parents with the Premium account can add up to five children and a classroom membership can have unlimited student accounts. Each account will have it's own username and password. Our quizzes and games adapts to an individual's skill level and will track the progress separately for each account.

Issue in Membership?

If you are facing any access issues after purchasing your membership please restore your App. To restore, go to "Settings" and then press the "Restore" button.

I am a homeschooler. Can I use your program?

Yes! Our award-winning educational games and activities are used by thousands of homeschoolers. Our educational games, videos, worksheets, and quizzes will provide a great support to your educational curriculum.

How to use Assignments?

Teachers can create assignments and add quizzes in it. And assign them to students. You can watch this video for better understanding on how to create an assignment. For students, work on the quiz assigned and submit it. For support for students, watch the video here.

How to delete / deactivate my account?
