Part Meaning Example
Eye The organ used for seeing. Her eyes sparkled with joy when she saw the surprise.
Ear The organ used for hearing. He covered his ears to block out the loud noise.
Nose The organ on the face used for smelling and breathing. The scent of fresh flowers filled her nose.
Mouth The opening in the face used for eating, speaking, and tasting. His mouth watered when he saw the delicious meal.
Hand The part of the body at the end of the arm with fingers and a thumb. She extended her hand for a handshake.
Finger One of the digits on the hand. She pointed at the map with her index finger.
Toe One of the digits on the foot. He stubbed his toe on the corner of the table.
Leg The limb that connects the foot to the torso. She injured her leg while hiking in the mountains.
